1 AI call to make an appointment, followed by 17 text messages to confirm said appointment, then 1 late night phone call from California (I am in NY) to again confirm the appointment AND to try and sell me some sort of payment plan and insurance (all I need is my propane stove adjusted). Then another 20+ text messages to confirm my appointment. Mind you, the arrival time slot was between 8 am and 5 pm (pretty large window if you ask me). The day off, I get another text message with another confirmation however, this one all of a sudden has my address miss spelled, which I have NO WAY of changing cause there is NO phone number to actually talk to a REAL person. And the “notes” option on the order confirmation very conveniently doesn’t work “we are sorry we are unable to confirm this edit, please try again later”. Trust me, I tried every 10 minutes for 6 hours and I needed to “confirm” my identity EVERY time! EVERY time another text message with a code….but NO WAY of getting a hold of anyone! I’ve waisted a day waiting for a service that NEVER tried doing anything real other than trying to sell me some sketchy insurance. Do not believe ANY of the positive reviews, they are FAKE, this company is FAKE! UPDATE! An AI message at 7pm stating “we know your time is valuable, here pick a new date, next week, same time slot 8am to 5pm”. And an automated reply to this review that send me back to the AI phone assistant. Are NOT an apology. An apology would be an actual phone call from an actual person that’s NOT all the way in California saying: “we are so sorry, our repair technician will be with you first thing tomorrow morning at 8am and we will not charge you with the initial service fee”. But instead I get treated like some gullible fool. No thank you. Oh and STOP SENDING ME THESE DAMNED ai text messages and emails. I’ve received 15 since last night! All with my “opportunity to reschedule” Your ai service is NOT an improvement! Hire some real people, with feelings and some common decency. Maybe that will bring your ratings back up
