Unfortunately the issue stopped just prior to the tech arriving. Todd checked the dishwasher throughly but couldn't get any error codes. He throughly explained possible causes and things to look out for in the future. Great service.

Both repairman did a great job. The two pricing questions on the survey don't include free repairs covered under warranty. Therefore, your bubble survey findings will be skewed

Todd was very friendly, professional and explained what was wrong with the washer, next steps and how to get in contact with him if needed. When the part arrived, the follow up appointment was scheduled right away and he quickly repaired the washer for us. He is very nice and made the experience as painless as possible!

Tyler was a excellent represetative of your services. He was thorough and knowledgeable. My complaint is with Sears Repair itself! The amount of times you tx me was like being harrasssed . Please just notify of are we Yea or Nay and follow up 1 time in the 3 days prior or something. I got to the point I just kept deleting the msgs from Sears. AND I DONT ANSWER LONG DISTANCE CALLS THAT I DON'T KNOW WHO IT IS. Thanks for having Tyler fix my dishwasher!!

Our technician, Todd was very kind and pleasant. He was very efficient and tidy in his work. He cleaned up any mess that he made and he also wore shoe protectors to keep from walking over the floors with wet shoes. He visited with us as he did his job and we found him to be extremely fun to have in our mind. We hope we get him every time we have to call a technician thank you
