Harel was great….
The 5 stars are for Harel. If I had to rate the the arrival time, as well as the scheduling I'd give Sears 2 stars. The appointment is 8am-5pm and you get an email in the morning with an estimated time of arrival. The first time was at 1:45pm. All throughout the day I kept refreshing the appointment time and it got later and later. Harel finally showed up at 7:30pm. He was pleasant and diagnosed the issue quickly. If I didn't keep checking the website for time changes I would've been sitting in my house all day. Not a great way to service your customers.

Hector showed up on time. Everything was efficient. Explained me what is the problem, gave me the estimate, and the options. I chose to repair the Kenmore Gas dryer. Work was done in one hour. I am happy with the result. Repair came with the 90days warranty.
