The man diagnosed the problem but was incredibly rude throughout. Not a positive experience. Would not use this service again.

My stove cooktop got repaired but my washer is still not working. I told them lots of water gets deposit under the machine when i tried to use it they want more money come and check it. The technician came 4 times and the problem is still there. I dont know what to say more. Before the repair there was not water leakage outside the washer. It was an internal problem they increased the issue.

Re: Service Order Number: 13349877 on 2/19/26 I was billed for $150.99 and told that the part required to repair my Snapper snowblower was not available so I paid $150.99 for nothing. By the way, I found the required part on line in five minutes. This is the reason that it will be a cold day in hell if I ever use Sears Home Services again. Dick Langenbach

The repair did not fix the issue. The technician just left without confirming the issue with the fridge electronic panel and the cooling setting was not fixed. The control panel is still non workable. Now I need to waste more time and get another visit.

Colin Tech 778 is the best. But overall experience with Sears from waiting 5 months to fix issue , to waiting months for small parts, to the bad technician who damaged my countertop...I'm demanding a full refund on the entire charge

I had a very BAD experience. We had an appointment 8to 12 and after calling there an entire day the technician finally came at 5:05. The technician was angry I guess from working hard all day. He did his job and fixed the appliance Usually after the appliance is fixed they talk to you about using the appliance. He basically just packed up and took off I never signed anything This experience was not a good one.
