Got a next day appt for a Saturday at the last minute. Was terrified I might have to wait till Monday but the scheduling was great. Tech arrived within the time window as scheduled and was very competent.

Alessandro was very nice. As he checked the oven he explained what he was doing & what was needed to fix it. He had the part with him & quickly fixed the oven. Before he left he tested the oven to make sure it was fixed. I was glad I called Sears for the repair.
