Only giving this 2 stars due to customer service, which has nothing to do with the technician. Hector was great and very knowledgeable! He fixed my problem with the dryer in minutes. However, Sears needs to stop using AI to schedule appointments!! I was cancelled on 10 times before my issue was fixed!! My dryer stopped working at the end of May and the problem wasn’t resolved until yesterday, 7/23/25 due to AI cancelling my appointments. The customer service is atrocious! I called multiple times and was never able to speak to a supervisor to find out what exactly was going on with the cancellations. Do better SEARS!!
