Was very knowledgeable and a good Sears salesman. 😆 Unfortunately my appliance may not be saved and he informed of the better brands... of course available from Sears Online. Good job! Definitely will be using Sears services sooner than I'ld like.

Been without a washer for over a month, they keep rescheduling my appointment and waiting til last second to notify you they’re not coming. Wasted whole days just for them to not show up. Also hard to get a hold of a real person and not AI.

Updated: 06/29/26-We will NEVER call Sears to repair anything again. We've been without the main refrigerator since 07/28/25! We've had Sears cancel 15 appointments. Along with 2 no show/no calls. Last, they've showed up 5 times to 'fix' it except it was never fixed. Just as frustrating... I need to talk to a HUMAN BEING when I call. Instead I get AI automated answering with options that don't apply to me and no option to talk to a person. Most of all we want an explanation why our guy keeps cancelling and rescheduling! It's like you took our money and ran with it with no intention of actually fixing the refrigerator! We're furious! Bear this in mind Sears... I will keep updating my review with every cancelation, every no show, and all the times you claimed to fix it until someone actually fixes it!!!

Highly disappointed with customer service and support from Sears repair services. Was told via AI that a service tech would be out to service our washer and was given a 9 hour window when they would arrive, seriously? Was sent a text the day before service to confirm, which I did. The day of service I was txt a link to know when I could expect the techs arrival. Not only did that link not work, but the service tech never showed up. No call explaining anything and when I called, I was informed by the AI rep, that the tech should arrive at 7:45am...what? One star, is way too many!

If I could give zero stars I would. 1st time they came out to fix my dryer they charged me total of $488 ($200 part and $288 labor for a 45min job). Few weeks later issue came back. Called them and I was advised I would hear back in 3 to 5 business days. At 7 days after not hearing back from them I called them back and they stated because I was 5 days past 30 day warranty it would be another service call which I agreed because I needed working dryer. I argued the original complaint and them not calling me back caused it to go past the 30 days, I was assured a manager would call me back which never did happen. Service guy showed up next day charging me an additional $151 for an issue the 1st tech should of found. Not happy still disputing we will see what happens.

The service techs are wonderful and very friendly and helpful with the repair procedure. The scheduling department is terrible. They schedule repairs and then don't inform their techs so no one shows up for the scheduled date. They even texted me to move my repair up since the part came in early but no one showed on that date and when I called to try to get an answer, you can't get to talk to a real person, only automated service which doesn't help with the situation. I have never dealt with a scheduling service as bad as this one. I will never buy any appliance that Sears Repair is to service. Again, the techs are excellent, it is the scheduling department that is terrible.
