The service guys were great. The communication between me and the time and scheduling was difficult. The AI didnt help. It would be much better and easier to talk to a human.

Scott came and fixed my fridge. He seemed to know what he was doing. Nice guy. I didn’t pay anything because I had purchased the extended service and it was covered.

Both technicians were great, it's the rest of the service that sucks!!! No customer service to speak of, app is impossible, texts with updated delivery dates and no way to change appointment, that makes any sense, 8am-5pm arrival window so missed days work and then don't show up with no explanations till the following morning!!! Again Tech's were great!!!
