I got a text indicating an approximate arrival time and then a phone call saying he was 15 minutes away. He seemed very knowledgeable about my machine, told me the parts that were malfunctioning were no longer available. He suggested a possible fix which I will try and also suggested the best washer to buy if the fix didn't work. Very personable and very helpful.
