Allesandro is a very knowledgeable technician. Respectful of my home, placed covering on my floor. Took ice maker apart on my (Kenmore French Door) Refrigerator / Freezer quickly and knew exactly what the problem was. Fixed the problem and explained what was found. Cleaned up work area before he left. Very pleased with the service call.

Service provided by Bob was excellent and efficient. The continued rescheduling of the appointment (first 9:00, then 10:45, and finally 12:55 (with a scheduled window of 8:00 to 12:00)) was very frustrating.

The technician Arnold was amazing! He was meticulous with his diagnosis and was spot on with his analysis of the snow blower problem. He worked hard so that the issue could be resolved in a cost effective manner. I am very pleased and excited to try it out on our next snow storm!
