This was a positive experience. He was on time. He was interested in solving the problem. he was pleasant and thorough and efficient. Pleasantly surprised because the experience I had the previous week was terrible. I had a scheduled appointment on Thursday between eight and five, and I had to call at 10 to 5 only to find out that my appointment was canceled. I waited all day and no one made contact with me.. They said that I would be hearing from a supervisor, but that did not happen.. I only got some response when I called the day before my next appointment, which was a week away to get confirmation that they were coming, and there was no ability to speak to a supervisor.
