Technician was polite and knowledgeable. Answered my questions. Otherwise not very communicative. He spent 15 min testing gas cooktop burners, unclogged one orifice. Charges $347. I think this charge is excessive. He did replace the water filter on the refrigerator as part of the refrigerator checkup. I appreciated that.

Hector was great. Diagnosed the issue quickly and was able to complete the repair on his first visit. He was neat, smart and very pleasant. My complaint is with the cost. A 30 minute repair cost 75% of what it would cost to purchase a brand new dryer.

Sears has made and cancelled over 15 appointments to fix my fridge. I took 7 days off of work so far and then do not show up. After waiting all day they then send a text and email that they are rescheduling!!!! In response to Sears below - I did call many times and not only is it super difficult to get someone on the phone but after I did, they promised they would definitely have someone to my house on Friday 6/23 and again no one showed up. another lost day of work! Sears came and diagnosed the problem at the end of April, sent the parts to my house and has never returned to finish the job! AWFUL EXPERIENCE!

I scheduled a service appointment for a dishwasher repair. They scheduled me several weeks out and when the day came no one showed up or called. Even though I received several confirmations they told me a technician was not available when I finally got through to customer service. Sears also tries to upsell other services anytime you speak to them.
