Ron was outstanding!!!! Knowlegable, thorough, personable, efficient!!! He explained everything he was replacing and repairing. Ron kept in contact with me before his initial visit, and during the wait time for the replacement parts to arrive. WHAT A GREAT GUY!!!!!! Your company is extremely fortunate to have Ron working with you!!! He made my day!!!!!
