Through this process, they rescheduled 3 times, all approximately 3 hours into the highly inconvenient 8am-5pm window, before actually coming out and doing the work. The technician Bill was great though.

Can not speak to a human. Technician had no idea what he was doing with our Bosch refrigerator. Left our freezer in pieces, sears made our next appointment for 2 weeks out. Tried calling service, no return call. I would not use them.

Will never use this company for anything again ! Twice in a couple weeks I tried them first for washing machine and then for my dryer, just wasted $260 just for them to come out and nothing was accomplished. Didn’t even call me to find out the issue for my dryer just showed up . Didn’t have the part needed which was the heating element for my dryer. Labor costs are ridiculous as it would cost $470 for a 10 minute job.

MY DRYER IS STILL NOT FIXED I WAS CHARGED 658.00 AND THAT WAS FOR THE RELAY BRD WICH WAS NOT THE PROBLEM SO THEN HE CAME AGAIN AND PUT A THERMAL FUSE IN AND CHARGED ME 79.00 FOR THE PART AND 355.00 FOR LABOR AND i get HOME AND DO ONE DRYING LOAD AND IT DIED AGAIN!! I ALSO NOTICED AFTER HE SAID IT WAS FIXED MY TWO RED BLINKING LIGHTS WERE STILL BLINKING AFTER HE SAID HE FOXED IT!!!! THE RED DROP AND RED GRID! NOW IME STILL OUT 458.00 AND MY DRYER IS STILL BROKEN!! I GAVE YOU PEOPLE ALL MY MONEY AND MY DRYER IS STILL BROKEN!!! IF I DONT GET MY 458.00 BACK IME WROTING THE BBB AND IME GOING TO POST ALL MY RECIEPTS AND THAT MY DRYER IS STILL BROKEN ALL OVER FACEBOOK AND ALL THE OTHER ONLINE PLATFORMS AND TELL EVERYONE HOW SEARS SCREWED ME OUTTA ALL MY MONEY AND I STILL HAVE A FREAKIN BROKEN DRYER!!!!

I ended up calling another repair shop that said He misdiagnosed the problem. The oven didn’t need the electric panel he said it needed. And he said the panel was over $800 and would take 8 weeks to get here. I purchased the panel elsewhere to be installed (received in 10 days) before learning it didn’t need to be replaced. Overall it cost me an unnecessary $650. I will never call Sears again. Sears replied and asked I contact them, which I did with promises that someone would get back to me regarding getting my money back. No one contacted me. I’ve called three times and now am told there is no one to talk to about a refund. What a scam. DO NOT USE SEARS FOR ANY REPAIRS. THEY ARE A TOTAL RIP OFF.

Of all the repair men that Sears has provided through the years, and all were good, this one was the most arrogant, condescending and lacking in customer service skills of all of them. I asked for a new coil that burned my plastic measuring cup and rendered it useless. He said the cup was improperly secured in the dishwasher. I asked him how do I secure a quarter cup plastic measuring piece in a dishwasher? I then sarcastically asked him if I should tie it with a rope? No response. He said we, representing Sears, are not going to replace the coil. The cup apparently fell onto the circular coil on the bottom of the washer during a washing cycle and was annihilated. So all he did was clean the coil and removed the red plastic color from the destroyed measuring cup. FYI: I didn't even ask for a replacement of the ruined cup and I wouldn't. His arrogance and total lack of customer service was a big turnoff. And on the way out, he saw shipped parts to repair my washing machine. He said, "Oh, I also repair washing machines. I may be back." I told him, no thank you. He was very put out. He emailed me all my paperwork and falsely wrote "phone" on the signature portion as if he called me, which he never did. That in itself was a huge red flag. Please do not send this "repairman" to my home again. Thank you.

Was never given option to reject repair and was charged 3 times the diagnostic fee for 30 minutes with no warning of what repair was needed.
