Joel is the best repair technician we have come in contact with without a doubt. Joel is thorough, neat, knowledgeable, patient and very intentional in repairing the problems. He deserves a promotion and salary raise. He has worked on a number of repairs in our house which were covered by the protection agreement and each time he was able to diagnose the issues and repair them, even when previous repair technicians left issues or did not repair the appliances. He is great and he far surpasses any other technicians who we have worked with in the past. We definitely appreciate the quality of his work.

The service Technician that came to my home was absolutely awesome. He Has 35 years of experience in this business, and not only as knowledgeable, but kind. I Made a choice to get all new insides to my dryer, So therefore, it was pricey for this service call, but there normal service calls are absolutely reasonable plus they go toward the price of repair in I will definitely call Sears Hey again for repair

Our technician was fantastic and very professional. He was in and out, fixed the problem, went above and beyond to reschedule when my newborn was sick and I couldn't be home in time. So very appreciative.

Jason was a total pro. The guys were in & out with the problem fixed in about 30 mins. The best customer service in the business by far and service calls like the one I experienced today are why I will always gladly pay for my Sears Protect warranty. My wife and I are always beyond happy with the service and the technicians that are sent to our home. Thanks again for a super pleasant experience!!

Out of the 3 repair guys you sent out he was absolutely the best one. He explained everything , was patient and professional. The first one was nice and polite, the second guy was unprofessional and didn’t know what he was doing . 5 days of me sitting around most of the day is outrageous … you should have sent Charles the first time .
