Technician arrived on time and was able to identify and fix the problem very quickly and at a very reasonable price; I was afraid we would need to wait for weeks for parts on a 15-year old Kitchenaid but he did what was needed. Sears also found an appointment within a week when other local appliance repair shops said they were so booked they wouldn't take new appointments. I'm very happy with it.
