Brian was Good but the Company Sucks!
I have nothing bad to say about Brian except that he should've given me a courtesy call advising me he was gonna be 3 hrs & 45 min late. My 8-10 am window turned into me losing work and money when he did not arrive until 1:50 pm. No call from anyone and my day was ruined. Not a good way to run a business. I hope I never have to use this company again. Worst appliance repair of my life and I've had many in my 69 years!

Great Work, Great Conversation
Can't recommend Bob enough! Fixed the issue I had with my dishwasher without having to replace a key part! He was also super wonderful to talk to and kind to my dog. I hope nothing breaks anytime soon, but if it does, I hope Bob comes back!
