I requested in 3 emails prior to Brian’s visit for him to bring a replacement water filter. He said he was not given a filter from his service. I bought a filter and expect Brian to install it as part of my service payment.

repair of my snow blower. The technician was very good but sears prices are ridiculous they told me 139.00 to come and I thought it came off if you repaired the machine. No it did not 180.00 later to just clean the carburetor. (seriously so I will not be using them again remove 3 screws and spray the carburetor with cleaner and the hose going to the primer pump had been kinked and he didn't put a new one on he just unkinked it. For that amount of money he should have at least replaced the small rubber hose. Not blaming him he just works for them.) I already did the hard part of replacing the sparkplug myself.

I am satisfied with the repair person, but the communication with their highly robotic service is very poor. If one has to deviate from their pre-programmed menu, the person on the other end of the line, obviously reading from a script in a language not his own, does not appear to understand. Bring back the days when you didn't have to go through half dozen robots to get someone whose English is such that they may (or may not) even understand your situation.
