I requested in 3 emails prior to Brian’s visit for him to bring a replacement water filter. He said he was not given a filter from his service. I bought a filter and expect Brian to install it as part of my service payment.

repair of my snow blower. The technician was very good but sears prices are ridiculous they told me 139.00 to come and I thought it came off if you repaired the machine. No it did not 180.00 later to just clean the carburetor. (seriously so I will not be using them again remove 3 screws and spray the carburetor with cleaner and the hose going to the primer pump had been kinked and he didn't put a new one on he just unkinked it. For that amount of money he should have at least replaced the small rubber hose. Not blaming him he just works for them.) I already did the hard part of replacing the sparkplug myself.

I am satisfied with the repair person, but the communication with their highly robotic service is very poor. If one has to deviate from their pre-programmed menu, the person on the other end of the line, obviously reading from a script in a language not his own, does not appear to understand. Bring back the days when you didn't have to go through half dozen robots to get someone whose English is such that they may (or may not) even understand your situation.

I spent hours on the phone over a two week period trying to get the repair person to actually show up to look at my dishwasher and repair it. Most of the customer service people were very kind. I made the appointment and left work early and the repair person never showed. I called but the voice mailbox was full so I sent a text that I would be home. Still a no show! I called sears and was on hold for over an hour. They apologized and I set up another appointment for the following week. The day before I called to confirm as I didn't hear anything from the tech. I was told there was not an appointment but they said someone would call me within the hour. You guessed it no call! I called back and was on hold for over an hour and they said I would have to call back in the morning since that dept. was closed. I called back in the morning and was told there was no appointment, so again I set up an appointment for the next day. The tech didn't call by the early afternoon so I called him. Finally, I got a confirmation for the appt. He came and looked at it and said he had to order the part. He made an appointment for the following week without consulting me. He said to call to make sure the parts came in, but he never called me back when I called. I cancelled the appointment and rescheduled after being on hold for I don't remember how long. The day before I did not get a confirmation call so I call the tech 3 different times and no answer. I called sears and got no help from the person they connected me to. She totally ignored me and was speaking to other customer service reps while I could still here her. She finally muted her end and then came back after 15 minutes and said she couldn't reach the local tech. The next day I called the tech twice and got him the second time and finally confirmed the appointment and my dishwasher fixed. So very unprofessional. I really hope I don't have to deal with Sears for a while! This was not a good experience at all.

It took sears repair service from June 15th to August 23rd to get the part and to fix my dish washer. If I had known it would have taken that much time I would have bought another dish washer.

They don't show! Cancelled twice for no reason. I called their customer service at s- but they could only schedule another appointment a week out! Terrible. Waste of time.

More than three weeks ago Sears home repair attempted to repair my refrigerator however the refrigerator continued to have the same problem after the tech left. I called the company and no one responded back to me. I requested a refund of my money and again the company is not responding.
