Tyler was very courteous and tried his best to fix my oven, however after much diagnosis I need a new one but nevertheless he seemed very knowledgeable and took the time to figure out the problem.

Tracy has taken a bad experience with this company and turned it into a more positive experience. After dealing with this company's automated system and the lack of human interactions I was feeling like there was never going to be a resolution for my fridge to be repaired. I paid for the repairs up front and have waited 9 months to have a tech actually show up, be respectful, knowledgeable and whom actually cared to get their job done in a timely manner to the best of their ability. He has communicated with me about my situation and did everything he could to finally get this taken care of. Huge thank you to Tracy!
