Technician's name I did not catch my Husband meet him, he fixed our fridge within an hour, so absolutely no complaints there! My only complaint would be with the coordination, many rescheduled appointments on Sears end. But over all very impressed. Home Depot delivered our refrigerator, all doors needed to be removed to come into home, but we're re installed improperly. Contacted home Depot within 3 days of delivery and were pushed off to Frigidaire. Make sure your register your products for warranty purposes. Overall we are satisfied that our problem has been fixed at no expense to us due to home depots improper install. Thank you!!
