He was pleasant and explained what he did. He explained possible causes as to why my dryer broke and things I can do to do prevent it from happening again. Above and beyond what past service technicians I've had to deal with.

This started in October. The scheduling dept has no clue and makes apts without telling techs. 4 times I had no shows after waiting all day. 3 x they ordered parts and 2 of them were returned. The techs have been wonderful and do best they can with the mess they are dealt. Calling the 800 number was absolute pure frustration and most do not speak American language.

I had to have my dryer repaired. The technician that came to assess was very prompt and friendly. Did not take him long. He ordered the parts and set up the appointment to come and install them once they arrived. He returned, installed the parts and I am fixed!
