Said they checked the Drawer. Not in right position not closing properly, said it was okay, did not even look use the brush to clean under the refrigerator another person used vacuum cleaner. Did not know if my refrigerator had it warranty service or not Should have known Pay $50 to get a clean and he didn't even do a good job. I hope you notify him that his work would Sloppy.

I had a dishwasher that was leaking and was 99% sure it needed a new seal. I called Sears and got an answering service from India whom I had a difficult time understanding. I tried to get an idea of the repair cost because they charge $150 just to come to the house, which is not refundable. . The repairman came to our house on time and was pleasant enough but he agreed it needed a new seal and said the cost would be $500. The machine is just about 6 years old so I didn't want to invest that much in it. Very expensive for just a door seal and I paid $150 to find out what I already knew. Frustrating

Had a technician out to look at a broken stove. First technician misdiagnosed problem. Stove then leaked propane and still didn't work. Called back and they sent out a second technician that seemed to address real problem. Cost of repair was too high so we decided to purchase new stove. Was told we would be refunded the first repair cost minus a visit fee. Didn't see a refund. Called and was told they would process refund in 7 business days. We are on day 8 and no refund. Extremely disappointed with this service and company.
