My auto ice maker in my refrigerator stopped producing ice. I could hear all the right sounds but no ice. I placed a request for repair using my 2-10 warranty and they connected with a Sears repair person. The repair service scheduled an appointment, sent confirmation texts and ultimately came to diagnose the problem. The repair person ordered the part and rescheduled to install the part, which arrived the next day. Upon the repair person's return, he quickly removed the old part and installed the new ice maker and 24 hours later, I have ice. I was so pleased with the process. Philip was very customer friendly and knowledgeable - the best kind of service person.
