Mark was an excellent technician; very knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately, he could not fix our dishwasher because the unit was obsolete, and the part was not available. However, he thoroughly checked the unit for any other problems and reassured us it was OK to run until it quit. If I had to use Sears again, I would ask for Mark.

Exceptional service given by James. He was on the clock. He went straight for the problem. I had to however order the part through sears or it might have been a third party through sears. So a second appointment had to be made for sears to return and finish up the job. James came back and everything was back to working as it should. Thanks James for doing such a great job! I would definitely use your service again.

Wonderful experience having my dryer repaired . James was the consummate professional - very knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. Explained the issue to me in full detail and gave me suggestions on how to ensure I get the most longevity from the repair. I would highly recommend that this gentleman be used to train other Sears servicemen. He is an asset to your company.

James fixed the dryer in no time, then moved onto the dishwasher which had more parts to be undone before putting in the replacement part. He was quick yet thorough. Thank you, James and Sears!

I have a service contract so James C came to provide the annual maintenance service on my refrigerator. He was courteous, pleasant and professional, and checked everything carefully on the refrigerator. He was the best service provider you have ever sent. There was no charge because it was covered by the contract. Since there is no option below for no charge, I am checking $1.00

Pedro was the only tech who diagnosed the problem w our refrig correctly out of 7 diff techs. It's been a prob since 1/15.

My main complaint is that he left numerous items when he left!!! Such as 4 black Spongy items gloves used on the floor. Should definitely clean up after job is completed!!!
