James fixed the dryer in no time, then moved onto the dishwasher which had more parts to be undone before putting in the replacement part. He was quick yet thorough. Thank you, James and Sears!

I have a service contract so James C came to provide the annual maintenance service on my refrigerator. He was courteous, pleasant and professional, and checked everything carefully on the refrigerator. He was the best service provider you have ever sent. There was no charge because it was covered by the contract. Since there is no option below for no charge, I am checking $1.00

Pedro was the only tech who diagnosed the problem w our refrig correctly out of 7 diff techs. It's been a prob since 1/15.

My main complaint is that he left numerous items when he left!!! Such as 4 black Spongy items gloves used on the floor. Should definitely clean up after job is completed!!!
