Frank was the technician for my service call, and as usual, he provided very good service: competent, knowledgeable, friendly and freely offers advice on how to maintain and operate the snowblower. The crew were very professional and knowledgeable. They pretty much took my stove apart and rebuilt it looking for the cause of the extreme odor while in operation. And they were successful!
