Icemaker and water still don't work

Our washing machine hasn't worked for over 6 Mo's. and we keep getting the run around, this last time he said it was our outlet but didn't try or wait till I tried another one. Now we have to wait 9 more days for another tech to come. It's costing us over $40 a wk to wash them, so far it's been over $960 and the max they reimburse you is $100!!! When our dishwasher broke it took 4 Mo's to have it replaced! DON'T EVER BUY A SEARS PROTECTION PLAN!!!!!!!

I am furious about being billed for this. I put on the work order that I needed new door shelves. When the tech called this am, he asked what was wrong. I told him new shelves. He said the were not covered after 3 years. I asked him if I could cancel. He told me he would take care of it. I don't know why I am paying for coverage and still getting billed.

These guys have no what they are doing. I am very disappointed with these guys. First came and diagnosed, then ordered a few parts. After 3 weeks, he came back again and ordered a few other things. Some parts were back ordered and finally received last week (After two months). Ron came today and replaced one part, and left. He sent another guy (Cody) to replace one more part. Cody had no clue what he was doing. He was struggling to put all the parts back after installation. During the diagnosis, it was also found that the door seal was broken and leaking during a full cycle run. Also, the bottom rack was broken too. All these parts were ordered and received after a long waiting period. None of these were replaced or looked at today. All the ordered parts were taken away by him. I called Ron and sent messages to express my concerns; however, he did not respond at all. I am very disappointed with his service today.

These guys canceled on me last Friday when I had the parts in hand, was a no-show to the appointment before that, didn't fix the dishwasher the time before that, And you cannot get a hold of a single person locally. Every single time you call, you are directed out of the continental US. I have lost three days worth of wages because I've sent home waiting for these guys. Hell, the dude that came over to my house today didn't even bother putting the rack back in after he was done repairing it and left metal parts on my kitchen floor. Then, instead of coming inside to speak with me about the repair, he summons my child to get me to come out, so he can smoke a cigarette while he lectures me about buying Samsung.

Seemed like a scam. I had already replaced the part the error was displaying. Tech told us exactlt what we thought the problem was. (The control board) Said we could order part ourselves and fix it ourselves. Told us we could spend $800 for the extended warranty. Other then that he was not going to touch it due to it not being under warranty. Left after 20 minutes and charged us $150. Scam. Would NEVER use them again. Ripp-off

He had no idea what the problem was and came totally unprepared. This service sucks, and I will be sure that the world knows about it. I want a refund but you can’t actually talk to a person! I’m disputing the charge and will go public with my experience

LG contracts with Sears to provide warranty repairs. All I can say is, now we know why Sears went belly up. Not only did they get the repair order wrong but when they came back to finally do the repair the service technician was missing one part so said he would be back the next day to finish. Never showed up. I spent over an hour on the phone and never actually got any answers. Waited 8 hours 2 days for no technician. This is an absolutely horrible service company.

Had no refrigerator since Thanksgiving. Cant call anyone. Service techs dont care. 8-5 waiting around to get a text at 430 to say your rescheduled! Came 3x and still cant fix. Paid already. Stay AWAY

Do not call them. They have terrible customer service. They charge a $150 “diagnostic” fee they say on their site will be waived if you move forward with the repair work. The technician who came charged me in advance for repair work AND the fee insisting that the fee is not waived. The service was supposed to be done 4 days later. It’s now been over 3 weeks and I can’t even reach a human. Parts are supposed back ordered. My $600 plus charge however is not back ordered. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. Meanwhile I still don’t have a working dryer. I just want to update this review. Since I responded via Facebook message as requested, I discovered in five minutes and flashlight, that the issue “diagnosed” by the tech which is like have required multiple parts replacement including drum rollers, a belt, and some other part, turned out to be a zipper pull stick in the front of the drum. I simply lifted the top and there it was in plain view. They did refund the money they charged me for the work they never provided finally. However, they will not refund the $150 diagnostic fee. Given that the so-called diagnosis was clearly a scam to get me to pay them for service I clearly did not need, I call it fraud. Once the very obvious offending zipper pull was removed (by me, an untrained layperson), the dryer worked like a charm. They didn’t even have the courtesy to acknowledge that the diagnosis was a waste of money and time.
