If I could give 0 stars I would. In October, the technician that was sent didn’t know what he was doing and instead of fixing my washer, he flooded my home. He took the parts that I had already paid for with him when he left saying that I will be refunded the $382 that I was asked to pay upfront when they came to diagnose the issue and order parts/service. I have yet to receive my refund and it is impossible to get in touch with a human through any of the phone numbers listed on the website. A claim was submitted for the water damage but no adjuster ever contacted me. I don’t recommend this company at all.

Not good. Was t9ld before hand that my heating element was bad before he even did anything. Then was told afterwards that my inverter wouldn't work to turn on the condenser for my fridge. So we went out bought a new fridge . Then i didn't trust there observation so I plugged in fridge and the cooled down and works fine. Very disappointed. It was just a ice build up which is common in samsung fridges. I did all the defrosting myself. All he did was defrost the clogged drain. Waste of money for this service will not use again.

They immediately determined the issue. Cost too much to repair over a $1000.00 Shocks needed to be replaced in washing machine. I will be buying new washer & dryer.i had to pay for service call since I declined repairs. The service call cost $169.00.

Firstly service was scheduled for a Monday with a window from 1-5pm my wife left work early to be home no call no text no show. I received an automated message that night about scheduling a service call again. I filled out all the information on line ie. what appliance , model of washer , problem or issue. Again the window for the new service appointment was 1-5pm. I received a call at 3:07 for the service rep . He proceded to ask me questions about the service call of which I had already answered all his questions on line when I signed up for the service. He proceded to have attitude with me on the phone and said he would be at the house in a little while. I texted my wife to let her know that he would be arriving shortly. When I arrived home my wife said his demeaner and attitude were terrible . He was very rude and the kicker was he proceded to vape in our house while he was on his phone. I used Sears Service years ago with a great results but not this time Never again and I would never reccomend them to anyone !!

Hi dryer still doesn’t dry clothes like it supposed to when the technician was here he was to busy worry about his van he was standing outside, trying to keep an eye on his van then the work on the dryer. He’s trying to tell me Humidity outside controls. The dryer will tell if the dryer will dry the clothes like it should which didn’t make sense all other times the dryer would dry to close completely with one cycle now it takes 2 to 3 cycles for the dryers to dry to clothes so the technician was worried about his van more than worrying about fixing my dryer. Someone breaking in his van or still stealing something not his van I don’t know what his problem was. He’s standing outside trying to Assess the dryer.

Worst customer service experience ever. After the part arrived, there were 4 missed appointments and a month went by without the repair being made. Never once were we notified they would not be coming only a text the following morning at 5am saying your appointment was missed, you need to reschedule. There is no way to talk to a human, every thing is through voice response, which just makes the whole experience even more frustrating. Be very careful buying appliances that user Sears home service for service or warranty service.

No one showed up and I waited 1-5pm - nearly missed work from waiting. I got no message or email about the no show either. Now I have a fridge that hasn’t been working for more than a week, and all my food has gone bad. I got a message from ai saying “This order status now indicates “Reschedule Needed”, but unfortunately, this order is not eligible for rescheduling” ??? I’m sorry, but this was a waste of my time. Also, can we stop using ai and have actual people on the other end?
