The technician, Pedro was fantastic! I asked a lot of questions, he was knowledgeable and courteous about answering them. He also gave me very good advice about my other appliance. So I appreciate his service. I wish there were more stars!

My main complaint is that he left numerous items when he left!!! Such as 4 black Spongy items gloves used on the floor. Should definitely clean up after job is completed!!!

Pedro was spectacular. Your service, however, is too AI dependent. When your chatbot tells me I can’t talk to a real person, then your service has major problems.

James was able to get all the old parts out and replaced with the new ones. The washer looks great. Now both the washer and dryer are fixed and ready for more years of work. Very helpful young man
