Excellent technician. However, I have an issue with the company in that there is no customer service telephone number that connects you to a real person. That is a major flaw and makes me not want to use the service again.

He tried his best was a nice guy was prompt on time and did good work, but sadly, the Samsung product was not to be saved and could not seem to find the reason why it would not work
