Dylan phoned ahead to confirm that arriving early would be convenient. He was pleasant, respectful of property and knowledgeable. Dylan was thorough in his diagnostic review of my appliance (GE glass top range). I declined the repair due to the ABSURD cost of the replacemet switch. The final bill would have been over $500 and most of that was the part and not labor charges. I’d much rather put $500+ toward a brand new appliance.

The repairman who came to the house was fine, I give him five stars, no complaints. Efficient, respectful, knew what he was doing etc. The guy on the phone when I called to make an appointment was a different story. My primary complaint is that he seriously misled me on the cost. Be aware....
