Jason arrived and started to review my issues with the washer and dryer. The dryer had several "faults" that he cleared. We ran a load of towels and could not duplicate the washer being off balance and water not spinning out. He carefully checked the dryer. As I had felt, the dryer could not expeditiously dry towels that were so wet. I have always had excellent and knowledgeable service from A&E Factory Service. Today was no different. I hope Jason comes the next time we have a service call for any appliance.
