The Tech was early, which was greatly appreciated. He was respectful and very knowledgeable about what was causing the trouble. He ordered the part and replaced it quickly without incident. He corrected the problem efficiently and effectively, especially this time of year when the holidays are approaching and the range is very necessary. I’d say he’s a valuable asset to your team. Pedro is an amazing technician. He gets a 5 star review. He takes the time to explain their repair process, what to expect from the unit and how to clean the machine to prevent future issues. Pedro was clear and well informed. He was a pleasure. The service provider, Sears Appliance (not the local office, the corporation) gets 2 stars. Their service communications and scheduling is AI generated. Between the texts ( dozens upon dozens), the emails (22) and phone calls (3) confirming 2 scheduled appointments was exhausting and ridiculous. I got three AI phone calls confirming the initial appointment within two hours. This is just another way for the rich to get richer and the boots on the ground (technicians, supervisors and managers) frustrated as well. Of course I only paid a home warranty co-pay so the cost was fine.
