He showed up promptly and was pleasant but said the main component was dead and it would cost $800 to fix, so he really didn't do anything than suggest I buy a new dryer!

Once get arrived everything went smoothly and quickly. I deducted a star because I was given a four hour window 8-12 and he didn't arrive until almost 1.
