Your company is horrendous. Took 4x before washing machine got fixed. You have done nothing but lie. You say a time coming and that never happens, have waited numerous hours every time, you should be paying me for the amount of time you weren't here

The service people they sent out should not be working with customers! Very smug and disrespectful. I have had 3 services and no one fixed any problems I have been having. It is as if they are just guessing what could be the issue.

LTDR: Never use Sears for any purchase or repair if you can avoid it I'm prefacing this review that David, our final repair guy, was a 9 out of 10. That being said, Sears and LG fridge repair service is an absolute joke and all (i've seen 4) of the technicians admit that. My wife and i would like to rate the company negative stars. The short summary for what occurred: Sears couldn't find the original receipt in their system. They charge $160 diagnostic / service call even under warranty. The repair went from July 2025 until it was completed January 2026. There were approximately 14 rescheduled services for "no show" technicians. 2 of the 4 technicians couldn't complete the work, EVEN if, they had the appropriate equipment on them. They lost the first order for replacement parts. The 2nd order for replacement parts wasn't even the appropriate parts. The 3rd order for replacement parts weren't the correct model. 4th order, finally got all of the parts needed to do the repair. The final issue and the worst, they use an "AI" responses system for phone calls and web support. It quite possibly is the hottest piece of garbage that I have ever experienced and I have to clean up 1 year old puppy dookie. This system offers nothing beyond the basic responses, doesn't veer from its limited deviation and could not comprehend basic commands. I should also mention that I work in IT with other AI systems.

The repairman was a complete jerk. He told us that we should not have used Sears or this repair because Sears chargers more than a local business where we purchased the washer. He was unprepared to replace the springs, a simple and standard repair. He left after nagging us to get a warranty, with no attempt to fix our machine.

What an obnoxious and unhelpful repairman. He told us we should have used Marcella’s for this repair because they’d offer a better price than Sears. He did not arrive with his truck (he said his truck was elsewhere and that’s why he did not have the springs to make this usually and relatively repair). He tried to sell us a warranty, which we did not request. It was the first time in 30 years a Sears repairman left without making the repair, adding to the cost to us. We are appalled and angry. Sears should be embarrassed at this level on non-service.

The techinician who came to my house first time could not find any issue, he said if the issue came back the second visit would be complementary. However, I got billed second time for the same appliance. I tried calling but its always computer answering the calls and it does not have any option for billing dispute. Please do not hire them.

I am not a happy customer 3 diffrent trys and still no washer this is pure bullshit Been with no washer for a month now 2 people to diffrent quotes and the washer still dont work not even 2 years old Will never use ur company again and I will let everyone I come in contact with about this company lowes should be ashamed of there selves . So now I sit and wait to get a new washer because the 4th trip out the decide it's not repairable like really 4 times to figure that out so disgusted would like to speak to someone but u can't talk to any one it's all press 1 or press 2 what a way to run a bussiness Hope someone reachs out but I bet I won't hear from anyone

When asked, you assured us that you could work with Fisher & Paykel refrigerators. So we requested your service. But your technician told us he could NOT get parts for our fridge! Thus, you cannot repair Fisher and Paykel refrigerators. False advertisement. Why should I pay when you were unable to repair the fridge? The technician was not prepared to deal with these kind of refrigerators.

The technician that you sent didn’t know anything about my Fisher & Paykel fridge which I notified you the brand. You told me you worked with this brand. The technician should know the brand before the visit. It took two appointments to find out this. Plus I have been charge 139.00 for non service.
