The technician was u familiar with my contract and refused to order covered part as requested by me.

Technician came out and looked at my machine. He told me that my screws were rusted so he would not be able to remove the screw and that I needed a new control board. However, right after he left I was able to remove the screw. In fact, the most disappointing thing is that I provided my model number before the appointment, yet they proceeded to come even though the tech knew that there was no more parts made for my Kenmore model. Lastly, after he left and I was able to remove the rusted screw, I was able to fix the machine on my own by moving the wires around. The service charge is a complete scam. I would never use this service again

The technicians were great. Horrible customer experience though. The appointment was canceled and rescheduled twice. We sat there waited from 8am to 2pm and then find out it has been rescheduled. This is completely unacceptable.

Tech told the warranty company power outage was the cause. Which the power outage occurred on 10/02. I’ve had many outages over 13 years and have another oven in the house that was not effected by the power outage. Then would not answer my call.

Dylan W. did not show up for the secheduled appointment on 10/25/2023. Received no call but we received an e mail saying this is a payment receipt for your repair which did NOT happen.

2 men hung out for 30 minutes, diagnosed the whirlpool washing machines with a bad drum , they wanted 441.$ to repair it, people do this in 7 minutes on a YouTube tutorial. The part cost 9-20$.150.$ bill just for the diagnostic. Sadly that is about what I earn in a day at work.hw robbery

I have a protection agreement and had an appointment scheduled that no one showed up for three days ago. This appointment said service between 8:30 and 10 am. He came after 3 pm with no texts all day. Sears protection agreements are worthless. The service person was pleasant but the first thing he said was I don’t know anything about dehumidifiers. So it was really a wasted visit. Can never get an actual person on the phone when you need someone. Way too much use of AI.
