Joseph appeared as if he could have done the repair blindfold. He was start to finish, I think, under 30 minutes. He came for a dryer repair. I actually slowed his process. I was amazed at the amount of dog hair inside the dryer. I vacuumed it out while he had everything exposed.

The service was fine. But I was charged $129 diagnostic fee which is fine. He ordered the piece that was broken which was a little knob. It arrived through Amazon at my doorstep. On Amazon, it was $12.99. They charged me A total of $250 so $120 more to install the knob which was a one minute thing and I Could have easily done myself. They should’ve just told me what I needed and had me replace it. When I’m calling to complain, there’s only an AI person to deal with. So frustrating.

Don't waste your time with this company. I scheduled an appointment and the soonest available appointment was 3 weeks out. The day of the appointment they provided a window of arrival between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. They never showed for the appointment and when calling the help desk you have no choice other than an AI assistant (You cannot talk with a living person). Later that evening received a message stating sorry we couldn't make the appointment please reschedule for another 3 weeks out. This company has no respect of others time. Avoid them at all costs!
