Joseph appeared as if he could have done the repair blindfold. He was start to finish, I think, under 30 minutes. He came for a dryer repair. I actually slowed his process. I was amazed at the amount of dog hair inside the dryer. I vacuumed it out while he had everything exposed.

Technician Joseph S #0591057 installed Door Boot Seal on a Whirlpool Duet upside down, with (4) drain holes on top of door. On top of that, telling me I need a $35 hose when the part costs less than $15. All in all, a technician (my 9yr calls him Distechnician; even spotted the tabs on old door boot seal, one showing UP, the other showing DOWN), put in the opposite way, costs $400 for a botched up job.

I worst service ever! Technician came, casually looked at the stove and said he needed to order parts. He did, we received them at our house, he came back, wrong parts. Reordered parts, they came again to the house, this time with an invoice which was less than half of what we paid. Then our service was cancelled and we were never notified so we waited all day for him and he never showed. Tried to call again and couldn’t ever get the issue resolved! Now we’re out $500 and still have a broken stove.
