Huge thanks to Michael (and Dave )for getting my LG dryer back up and running! He was incredibly professional, arrived on time, and knew exactly how to handle the LG-specific issues. He explained the problem clearly and worked efficiently to fix it. It’s such a relief to have a working laundry room again. If you need a technician who actually knows what they’re doing, ask for Michael!
