Jim was really great. He came all the way from Vegas to Pahrump to fix our ice machine. And now the ice comes out clean and beautiful. No more mess on the floor or in the fridge from melted or slushy ice! YEAH! Jim was very personable and has great personality. It was a pleasure to have him in our home fixing our Appliance. Very happy with our Sears service and repairs. Rikki is a great technician, very knowledgeable and shows up right when he says he will. We truly appreciate his help! Only thing is calling in the only option is AI and it should not be the only option. You should have have human representatives available for customers.

Jim was very professional, very knowledgeable, and appears to have done a great job. Jim arrived on schedule, said it would take approximately 2 hours to complete the work which is about the amount of time it took hom to complete the job. I give Jim a 5 star rating. Also, I recommend Sears for any repair jobs you may need.
