Very thorough although my clothes washer part with labor cost almost as much as a new washer. Went with a new washer instead of fixing the problem. Which the washer wasn’t even 2 years old

First time running it since the repair and it is squeaking and making a lot of noise. Never had this before the repair. But, it does have power now. I am concerned. Update: they came out and fixed the issue. A part had come loose. They had it running in about an hour with no noise. Nicely done.

Great service. they kept me updated on time which wss greatly appreciated. Jim, our service man was fantastic. He called before coming and arrived right on time. Super professional and knowledgeable. He checked everything out and gave us helpful suggestions as to best placement of food items in fridge and maintenance suggestions. I give him an A+
