I highly recommend Ignacio. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He communicated his arrival times, and was punctual. He spent time troubleshooting why my heat had stopped working. Ignacio has to be one of the most honest repairmen I've ever met. I assure you Ignacio is an asset to your Sears appliance repair team!
