Gustavo was courteous, knew his stuff; determined operator error problems, i.e., pushing buttons "hard' is not good, light touch is a good thing. Sears Policy of providing an eight hour window for service time is ridiculous and wasting "my" valuable time. Most firms give you two hours or at worst. before noon or after... Ethan E Allen
