The Technician Jim was great! Sears customer service not so much. It took months to get parts in, then I had the parts for a month and they kept rescheduling my appointment. None of the people I spoke to were helpful at all, just kept giving me the run around. Finally had to get American Home Shield involved and they scheduled an appointment.

The service man was good and ordered the parts. He said he would be back in Pahrump 2 weeks. I think it is extremely long and should be fixed in a couple of days .

We purchased this washer and dryer set brand new three weeks ago. In that time, we've only used them three times, and the dryer has had problems from the very first use. The washer, by contrast, has performed fine. Scheduling for service was also frustrating. I was told I'd receive a call before the technician arrived, but instead I only got a text message saying he'd be there in an hour and a half — he showed up just ten minutes later. The company's scheduling system also doesn't work as advertised: it claims you can reschedule or accept an earlier appointment, but in practice neither option functions. We've now had two different technicians out. The first was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The second, unfortunately, had a poor attitude and was accusatory, implying the machine's issues were due to misuse. He told my spouse and me that loads could be "too small" or "too large," but couldn't provide any specific weight limits or capacity guidelines — making the claim feel more like an excuse than an explanation. Overall, the product itself has been inconsistent, and the service experience has been inconsistent as well, ranging from excellent to disappointing.

I wish that I could give this guy a starless then zero. Week one he comes out and the ice maker was full of ice although throughout the previous week there was no ice production. He did not replace it and said that it did not produce ice because we had left the freezer compartment opened which was not the case. Week two I call again because the ice maker is not making ice. The same guy comes out but this time does not have a replacement ice maker and claims that I had never told him that the ice maker was making an unusual noise. He never asked if there were any unusual noises were coming from the refrigerator. This time he did not bring a replacement ice maker. Week three he comes out again and replaces the ice maker which up to now is still making ice. So therefore it took this guy 3 weeks to figure out that the ice maker needed to be replaced. Yet this guy claims that he has 25 years experience in appliance repair. Maybe he should take some continuing education courses in appliance repairs. I don’t ever want to see him again if we have any additional appliance issues. Next time send someone out who is more qualified! IF AN ICE MAKER STOPS WORKING IT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED!! This is not rocket science.

The service people are nice,but the company stinks!! My 89 year old mother waited over 3 months for them to fix her fridge. They deal in AI so you can never speak to a human. I'd never use them.
