The service people are nice,but the company stinks!! My 89 year old mother waited over 3 months for them to fix her fridge. They deal in AI so you can never speak to a human. I'd never use them.

The service was unbelievable bad. Had 8 Technician come to the house to fix my oven, and it is still broken. Each Technician keeps blaming the other Technician. That they didn't do there job correctly. So here i sit still with a broken oven. I recommend to never use there service.

Worst service ce available. We've had five appointments and my washer still, isn't fixed because the keep not showing up. They tell. Ouf home warranty company they can't find technicians to work. Beware they are horrible

I have been a homeowner for 13 years now, and this was the absolute worst experience of my life!!!!! Sears does not order their parts on time and then delays fixing the problem for weeks and I mean weeks at a time never again the technician was it was not his fault

Not a big fan of sears for years now. One is the fact most of what they sell or offer is absolutely junk. For example in 2019 bought 2 fridgerators at the same time in tracy CA. When buying they assured me since they both were Kenmore they had the 5yr parts and 10yr labor! Not one did the other had some 1yr labor and 5 yr parts? Of course the crummy warranty was on the more expensive one which was a LG that Kenmore got this great deal on because they were junk. The kicker to this whole debacle was Kenmore was well aware of the fact the compressor was internally made of plastic and to fix it you have to go in from the freezer which then it has a leak and never cools properly. They were well aware of this issue when they sold it to us
