This last guy that came was really good. The others before him are all 1 star. They have misdiagnosed my refrigerator 5 times, and still charging me 80 per visit. Choice Home warranty needs to do a better job. I'm a disabled veteran .

Dishwasher panel went out in November. Part was ordered and it finally came in but to my address. The tech finally came January 10th to repair. Thankfully I only had to pay my $75 deductible due to warranty.

My frustration is two-fold. 1 the tech didn't complete the job, and created a new problem, by not reconnecting the light inside the dryer. 2 the sears system for online reopening the job and eventually being able to speak to an agent, who would not budge insisting that I would have to pay $139 for a new diagnosis. The tech should have thoroughly tested before his departure. Instead a new problem was created because he forgot to reconnect the light cable when reattaching the front panel. The original issue of replacement rollers was performed hence 2 stars.
