Rikki with Sears Appliiance Repair provided amazing service. He was very mindful of my time. He notifed me with an email and updated me with a phone call when he was in route. Once at the property he took the time to explain to me the problem with my dryer and give me my options. I would recommend him to anyone. It was a pleasure to experience top notch service.
