The technician who was here today (Not the IDIOT who was the NO CALL/NO SHOW yesterday!) was great. Kept me advised of his progress and ETA. Was clean, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. After yesterday I was not renewing the master protection agreement I have had for years, but am now reconsidering.

It took two visits to resolve the heating issue in my dryer, which I understand due to the techs not being able to stock every possible part on their trucks. It ended up being a bad flame sensor. Ricky was the first tech. I think Jimmy was the second. Both were friendly and efficient. I’d book this business again for an appliance repair that went beyond my competency.
