No issues with the washer, bad install by handyman who painted laundry room. Full diagnostics showed no errors, only a loose drain hose. Technician arrived on time, quick work and no clean up.

Parts are no longer manufactured. However, the dryer is workable at least for the next few months. I will need to purchase a new dryer.

Ray was amazing. My repair visit was one of the best I have ever had. He checked out my oven and stove and made some adjustments and found that it was fine. Saved me hundreds. I value honesty and he earned it. I wish all service techs were like him.
