It took two visits to resolve the heating issue in my dryer, which I understand due to the techs not being able to stock every possible part on their trucks. It ended up being a bad flame sensor. Ricky was the first tech. I think Jimmy was the second. Both were friendly and efficient. I’d book this business again for an appliance repair that went beyond my competency.

Avery was great. He explained the process, the repair and the costs associated witth the repair. We ultimately decided not to have him finish the repair, but he was the best repair tech I have ever had at my home!

Jame demonstrated the utmost in customer service. The inside staff did him no justice. I never received an estimate. What I signed was a damage report before work started. In the end the damaged appliance report was populated and it showed up as a signed estimate. The estimate did not subtract the service charge nor did it show parts and taxes. Through all of this an on scene estimate was done now showing taxes and parts. Jamie is not responsible for this total fiasco, it is the inside people that created this by not performing their duties. I will dispute with Master Card and hopefully some sense can be made of this. Jamie I appreciate your patience and professionalism.

I’ll give Jim a 5 for now. He patiently tested the ref & found one of the ref’s evaporators with a leak, caused 2 freezers not functioning & ice maker leaking. Successful repair TBD in “48 hours”. Appreciate Jim’s calm manner & sharing information & willingness to give him a call for minor issues post repair. I hope repair is a success…I waited 5 months for this to the day! For improvement, suggest timeliness on designated time frame. Thanks Jim.
